Resources

CLRNN will hold its inaugural stakeholder conference, funded by the Arts and Humanities Research Council and hosted by the Nigerian Institute of Advanced Legal Studies (NIALS) in July 2020. In line with its objectives, CLRNN will bring together stakeholders including policymakers, regulators, practitioners, and end users of the law, amongst others, to discuss their realities and challenges in plenary sessions facilitated by leading scholars. The facets of commercial law to be considered include: Corporate Law, New Technologies, Business and Development, Intellectual Property Law, Energy and Environmental Law, International Trade, and International Arbitration. In each session, the group will evaluate proposed and recent reforms to the law, to determine whether they offer viable and balanced solutions for the Nigerian landscape. Attendance is strictly by invitation. For details about participating, contact us at info@clrnn.net
